Job Responsibilities:
- Providing training on how to make Sushi Sets, Cutting of Sashimi, Maki, Handrolls, Rice Balls, and Don Buri
- Maintain high standard of hygiene cleanliness.
- Practice effective communication strategies with colleagues and customers.
- Monitors ordering and stock inventory.
- Preparing staff weekly roster.
- Calculation of monthly sales report.
- Forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages.
- Managing daily operations, developing menus, maitaining quality standards, overseeing staff training, monitoring inventory and cost control.
- Manage the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink.
- Preparing monthly P & L report (Profit and Loss) and Financial Statement.
Job Requirements:
- Must be humble and willing to learn.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays (especially CNY, Hari Raya, Christmas)
- Willing to stand for a long period of time.
- Willing to assign in different outlets.
- Requires 6 days of work per week.
- Requires rotation shift (Morning and Night Shift)
- Requires knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Presentation)
