Responsibilities
- Reporting to Contracts Manager, carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying.
- Source for contractors / sub-contractors for a quotation and price comparisons
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Handle claim submission, follow-ups, the monthly cost value reports
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Review and advise the contract manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification
- Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
