Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and proposal of advanced automation systems to optimize production processes.
- Manage data collection, machine testing, and oversee project coordination from concept to execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory automation and machine design, with knowledge of semiconductor processes being advantageous.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design, preferably with Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong independent work ethic, analytical problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in project management.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Japanese is a valuable asset.
