Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide customized IT solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions that align with client needs.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present innovative solutions.
Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with Technical and Finance teams to finalize contractual details.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Evaluate the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in I.T. industry (System Integrator) preferred.
- Experience in selling servers, computers, backup software, antivirus.
- Basic knowledge of IT products (servers, PC, laptop, software license).
- Good communication skills especially in spoken & written English.
