Job Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide customized IT solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions that align with client needs.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present innovative solutions.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with Technical and Finance teams to finalize contractual details.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Evaluate the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in I.T. industry (System Integrator) preferred.
  • Experience in selling servers, computers, backup software, antivirus.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products (servers, PC, laptop, software license).
  • Good communication skills especially in spoken & written English.
