Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s high-tech automation operations.
The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members and implement best practices across all levels. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of daily production & delivery activities (standard practices established. Some documentation completed).
- Monitor teams & workers' performances. Deploy manpower effectively. Work with HR to keep tapping on manpower availability.
- Source & procure materials, consumables & tools, related to production & delivery.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders (such like Maintenance, Sales & HR) for respective activities.
- Ensure teams are adhering to housekeeping, safety & ISO guidelines. Be company's representative for safety & ISO audits.
- Periodically, compile & present on resources deployed & production output achieved. Resources such man-hours, material costs, energy costs, etc. Production output such as quantity, quality, on time delivery, etc.
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Participate in brainstorming & implementation of productivity, energy usage, safety, compliance & other improvement initiatives.
Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
● Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
● Experience budgeting and forecasting
● Excellent communication skills
● Leadership ability
● Outstanding organisational skills
● Degree in Operations Management, Automation or related field
● Open-minded, to learn necessary farming, automation & other knowledge.
● Always ready to be hands on, whenever required.

● Lunch will be provided.
● Transport is provided at the designated pick-up point.
● 5-day work week from 8.00am - 5.00pm
