Job Scope
- Researching on new materials, building and construction technologies, building codes and regulations in Singapore and other target markets.
- Working with the R&D team at the Japanese headquarters on product improvement & development in Singapore & target markets (e.g. JP, US).
- Performing simulations & structural calculations on our modular buildings & creating reports using simulation programmes (e.g. SolidWorks, ANSYS).
- Working together with engineering partners and the government authorities on product feasibility studies, product localisation and approval for in Singapore and other target markets.
- Documenting and presenting research findings and developments to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure project adherence to schedules.
- Travelling may be required.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or other relevant discipline
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experiences
- Knowledge in AutoCAD / SolidWorks will be added advantage
