Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager for the Retail, Supermarket and HoReCa segments, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and expand our market presence. You will work with a team of post-sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key clients in the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA sectors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Market Expansion
- Be informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that help to expand the company’s revenue.
Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales initiatives by visiting potential clients to achieve revenue and profit targets for the Retail, Supermarket and HORECA business units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personel/s in the retail and HORECA industries to ensure incremental flow of revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to ensure business growth.
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- At least five (5) years of sales experience and (3) years in a managerial role in retail and/or HoReCa sectors
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Manage Sales Channel and report directly to the Director
- Proven track record of successful sales management in the retail and HORECA sectors.
- Knowledge of the Retails, Supermarket and HORECA market trends and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently as the key person in pre-sales and the ‘’face’’ of the company
