Job Scope
- Support duties related to accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Assist in month-end closing bank recon & expenses reports
- Taking customers orders and inputting sales orders and invoices into the system
- Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers
- Keep track of outstanding invoice & follow up for payment
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports
- Coordinate with store for collection and delivery of goods
- Any ad-hoc duties will be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or other relevant discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences
- Knowledge in MYOB software is a plus
