We are recruiting for a PERE – their AUM stands at about USD 28billion with mandates across Asia Pacific in commercial, logistics and student accommodation.
You will be supporting capital raising, investor outreach and engagement, structuring and marketing of private funds. You will also support their group strategic initiatives.
This will include:
- Support the Group’s growth objectives in syndication/fund structuring as well as project management of capital raising process (with focus on fund syndication and managing investor due diligence) for private real estate funds.
- Actively source and manage relationships with private capital partners as well as capital raising channels and develop strong understanding of current deployment needs and preferences of investors.
- Maintain quality communication channels with both internal and external clients.
- Work with Asset, Investment and Finance teams to better understand the business plans and fund raising requirements in order to market the group
- Responsible for Group and fund level marketing materials with active support on the investor engagement front
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Real Estate or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate finance, corporate planning and fund raising for a large organization, investment bank or corporate finance institution.
- Direct experience with investor engagement, development of relationships and business development
- Possess good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis, preferably as it relates to real estate.
- Ability to analyse and evaluate project level cash flows and returns, manage deadlines efficiently, and understand the legal and operational issues.
