Job Description: Permanent Part Time Receptionist/Basic Data Entry
Responsibilities:
- Have vast knowledge and experience in explaining the company's profile to clients.
- Prepares materials for weekly and monthly errands
- Name Cards | Loyalty Cards | Updating of Cards
- Generates official documents such as report, employment contract letter, payment invoices etc.
- Maintains proper filing of reports and documents for business usage and record
- Clients Intake Forms | A&V Forms | Other form required
- Manages phone calls and correspondence if any (WhatsApp, Email, Letter, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases of internal staffs as well as external suppliers and clients records on google sheet database
- Performs other general administrative duties such as documents filing, scanning and printing
- Performs other ad-hoc duties (Clinic opening/closing), cleanliness and hygiene of clinic
- Other duties instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field
- For secondary school minimally of sec 4 (case by case) Training will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (such as MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,) etc.
- Prior admin assistant experience is preferred
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to details and able to work independently within deadlines
