Roles & Responsibilities
Perform daily HR duties, such as employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, and employee benefits etc., following rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle employee on boarding off boarding procedures, MOM work pass, displinary issue.
Dedicated to delivering excellence in client service and fostering a high-performance culture for our employees and teams.
Recognize current issues within a business that could have adverse effects on profitability or tarnish the company's brand image.
Daily report to the Expat Director on HR and other admin matters
Lead and manage the team to ensure high performance on HR matters.
Offer guidance on HR issues such as conduct and discipline.
Create and give presentations showcasing areas of improvement for business.
Devise strategies to improve operational efficiency in processes such as Scheduling, Output Management, and Operator tasks while adhering to SOPs.
Assume the role of a Computer Operations Manager responsible for overseeing mainframe and peripheral information system equipment operations, including creating equipment usage schedules.
Accountable for supervising audit and compliance activities.
Update and formulate HR policies and procedures. Manage record-keeping related to employee documentation.
Foster a culture of well-being and work-life balance. Manage client relationships, ensuring timely, professional, and responsive interactions.
Handle the end-to-end employee life cycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, retention, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Identify challenges within organizations and devise solutions, demanding exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Plan, implement, and assess employee engagement activities. Ensure the effectiveness of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Collaborate with the CEO and Leadership members to facilitate workforce planning, organizational design, recruitment practices, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Assist managers in regularly assessing performance, identifying talents, and supporting employee management. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for organizational development.
Study financial data for businesses, some math skills are essential for this job.
Coordinate external training programs based on employee and business needs.
Work closely with outsourced Payroll vendors and HR Information System platforms for payroll, benefits, and leave tracking.
Ensure statutory compliance with MOM guidelines, including CPF, FWL, and IRAS contributions and submissions.
Play a crucial role as a recruiter in meeting clients' staffing needs.
Handle the entire spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
Conduct interviews and phone screenings, selecting potential candidates to meet client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Post job openings and oversee the recruitment process.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Possession of a Bachelor's / Master Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
A minimum of 2-3 years of any HR related experience. Payroll experience preferred. Sales/consultants at HR agencies will be considered.
Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
