Job Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery, including but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with machinery promptly and efficiently
- Repair: Execute repairs on faulty equipment, replace defective parts, and ensure all machinery is in compliance with safety standards
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, documenting all services performed and parts used
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to address machinery-related concerns and provide technical support as needed
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
