Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
- Generate reports and maintenance of database
- Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Sales support experience in medical/scientific equipment or devices
- Diploma/Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
- Experience in the medical/scientific equipment, devices and consumables industry
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
- Knowledge of SAP/SAGE will be an additional advantage
