Customer Service Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities:

Responsible for order processing both inbound and outbound order request by customers.

Perform system update in Warehouse Management System and billing to customer.

Replying to email and coordinate with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process outbound order, print pick list and delivery order and create new products via electronic ordering system and or manually key in.

· Provide information to relevant parties by telephone or email

· Perform billing in Quick Book Accounting System.

· Work closely with warehouse team on day to day inbound and outbound orders.

· Follow up with transporter on DO return and filing is done promptly.

· Ensure inbound shipment is updated in the system timely.
