They are currently seeking an experienced Material Procurement Manager from healthcare background
with good knowledge in medical goods, devices, and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
.To set up, develop and lead the Singapore procurement function by excellent global strategy in sourcing, supplier management, material planning and import & export management
• Manage and lead procurement team and oversee the purchasing of all goods and services activities.
• Develop and maintain procurement plans and processes are in compliance with the business regulations and legal standards.
• Implement best strategies in procurement and vendor management to support business and operational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ and vendors’ quality and performance delivered are up to standards.
• Work closely and liaise with key business stakeholders to lead contract negotiations, and develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions, and acceptable terms and conditions.
• Improve procurement performance such as sourcing process optimization of cost reduction and supplier sustainability
• Using operating plans to manage all tenders procedures for all business services.
• Identifying and resolving any procurement-related concerns and issues.
• Generating procurement reports and documents.
