Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in government and public sector projects. They are looking for a M&E Manager / Assistant Manager to manage its construction projects.
Job Description:
- Conducting site inspection, quality checks and method statement
- Identifying variation works and submit detailed cost implications to Contracts Manager
- Supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works in accordance with the M&E drawings and specifications
- Identify drawing discrepancies or flaws and constantly track construction progress and schedule on-site supervisions
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board
- Min 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry and managed complex construction projects such as factory / warehouse / industrial etc
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
