Job Scope:
- Handle walk-in customer
- Understand customer needs and provide solution
- Answer phone call, reply email, reply live chat
- Provide advice to customer in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required
- Ad-hoc work assigned
Job Requirement:
- Relevant experience is advantage
- Able to commit retail hour
- Entry level is welcome, training will be provided
