Office Admin Executive II Perm II up to $3000 per month

Work Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Monthly pay: up to $3000 per month (salary commensurates with experience)

Perm Role


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Manage records, legal precedents and databses
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports
  • In-charge of license and certification renewal
  • Manage IT admin matters such as creation and deactivation of email account and issuance of laptop
  • Handle administrative and financial matters e.g. verify invoices, raise payment requests etc.
  • Provide any adhoc support to HODs and management

Requirements:

  • General Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in secretarial / executive work or equivalent
  • Proficient with computers andMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, well-organised and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
