Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 31 December 2024.
Working hours:
- Mondays to Fridays (except Wednesdays) 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Wednesdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
- handle counter services and walk-in customers
- Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries.
- administer first aid to pupils where necessary and contact parents of unwell students
- routing of postal mails and courier mails
- collate and compile consent forms, survey forms and data
- Perform adminstrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g.
- data entry, preparing documents & presentation materials,
- calling & engaging with parents for supporting documents etc.
- Assist printing and lamination of materials (e.g.teaching aids)
- Assist in major school events
- Any other work as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
- Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under tight schedules
- Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
- Candidates should preferably have 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in IT applications especially in Microsoft excel
- Standard First Aid trained
- Possess preferably one of the following qualifications:
o Higher Nitec or Nitec
o GCE āOā or āNā Level certificate or the equivalent
- Preferably Standard First Aid Trained
- Preferably Mandarin speaking
