OFFICE ADMIN (CONSTRUCTION)

Anso Singapore Pte. Ltd.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • General administrative work, including data entry, filing, etc, and other administrative tasks required by management
  • Preparing quotations, payment claims, invoicing
  • Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters and emails
  • Document controller experience in a project management environment is a plus
  • Assist in minor HR-related matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Chinese is preferable
