In this role, you'll be actively involved in managing risks, analyzing incidents, and ensuring the resilience of our IT systems through various exercises and audits.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Organize quarterly CIT IT Risk Committee meetings.
• Create, update, and review the IT Risk Register regularly, and provide detailed reports.
• Monitor and follow up on action plans to address identified risks, working closely with responsible parties.
• Offer guidance and expertise on IT risk matters as an internal advisor.
• Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities.
• Review the IT Risk register and stay in touch with risk owners to ensure controls are current.
• Compile all IT incidents, document their root causes, and oversee preventive measures.
• Present regular reports to CIT management on incident statistics and trends.
• Identify patterns or recurring incidents for further attention.
• Ensure that Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises for critical applications are carried out as scheduled.
• Conduct annual table-top and call-tree exercises for preparedness.
• Update and maintain the ITDR plan on an annual basis.
• Keep CIT staff contact lists up-to-date with any staff movements.
• Collaborate with ERM & BCM teams.
• Actively participate in IT audit processes.
