- Basic $3000 - $3500 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Working location: On site (Report work at Hougang)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Model Development, construction, documentation, and production techniques
- Prepare and update Revit Model (Coordination Drawing)
- Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawing and as-built
- Create Revit families with parameters as per project specific
- Prepare and update drawing registry
- Assist the project and other department on drawing documentation and etc.
- Attend to site for the coordination meeting for drawings related
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in BIM or equivalent with at least 1-year experiences in working as architectural draftsperson
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit & Microstation (2D & 3D)
