Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in public sector and private projects. They are looking for a QAQC Manager to manage the quality standards for its construction projects.
Job Description:
- This is a site based role with hands-on QAQC scope involved
- Implement site quality assurance and quality control systems according to company’s quality standards
- Prepare and plan schedule including manpower requirement, inspection arrangement according to authorities’ compliance
- Formulate and execute Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test, and Method of Statement, weekly / monthly / quarterly QAQC reports
- Lead QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades
- Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions
- Provide insight for defects and recommend preventive
- Conduct internal Quality Audits and liaise with authorities to achieve target score
Requirements:
- Min 5-8 years of QAQC or auditing experience with building / civil engineering experience
- Knowledgeable in quality management system (e.g: ISO 9000), BCA requirements, contracts specifications
