- Position : Receptionist (Customer Service/ Operations/ Simple Duties) - ALL WELCOME
- Location : Tampines Hub (Nearest MRT: Tampines MRT/ 3 Minutes Walk)
- Working hours : 6 days a week, 11:30am to 1am (Shift Work)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : KTV and Cafe
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service/ Reception
- Answer calls, scheduling call bookings
- Cashier
- Operations
- Assist in serving light refreshments
- Assist to tidy up the karaoke room
Requirements:
- Good customer service attitude & phone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on weekends and PH
- Able to work shifts
- Ability to cope in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
