Experience
o Process failure analysis
o New product Introduction
▪ Lead New Product Introduction and ensure Production orders are manufactured
as per spec and delivered on time.
▪ Act as focus person to interact with Sales Team and Customer for new product
launch, engineering change and Customer compliant.
▪ Create part numbers, BOM and Router in Synergy, develop WI’s and quality plan
along with the Production and Quality team for new products and Engineering
changes
Education & Training
o Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
