Responsibilities:
- Establish the monitoring procedures of SEA & I group companies Finance / Accounting process and submission to regional companies.
- Taking in charge of regional financial and management reporting and checking of financial statements for SEA & I group companies.
- Assist regional consolidation team by taking initiative to resolve issues in SEA & I group companies.
- Establish the regional consolidation report with regional accounting department.
- Assist Corporate Planning department for their analysis of performance of the region.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate and Control the Budgeting process.
- Lead upcoming ERP project in the region, starting from Philippines and Thailand, from the perspective of accounting and finance
- Analyze and audit review SEA & I group companies’ balance sheet, cashflow and working capital, and make necessary directions / recommendations to improve efficiency of cash and working capital.
- Support the activity of the Internal Audit team.
- Assist necessary approval matter for finance / accounting related projects and for CAPEX Business Cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement will be Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Worked at least 15 years in financial or accounting job with 5 years of managerial experience.
- Awarded as a Certified Public Accountant
- Exposure in financial related business planning, annual budgeting, setting up of financial control procedure and financial reporting
- Meticulous with strong financial planning and analytical skills
- Experience in consolidation of multiple currencies
- Experience in ERP projects
- Experience to work with multiple countries’ members in SEA & I or global
- Possess good financial planning & analytical (FP&A) skill.
- Possess the ability to interact with other countries’ members to influence outcomes.
- Possess the ability to work independently and inter-dependently.
- Possess the ability to find issues and problems and execute solutions, both tentative and permanent ones.
