A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

Support HR Director to execute talent acquisition agenda for the Singapore site through the implementation of talent acquisition frameworks, programs and processes, enabling business functions to grow from strength to strength. Working directly with the business or functional leaders to ensure critical people processes are effectively and efficiently undertaken. Identify and address people and organizational risk



B. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement talent acquisition strategy as well as performing the end-to-end process of sourcing to hiring.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and proactively plan for future talent requirements.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve the organization's onboarding process to ensure a comprehensive and engaging experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate with various departments to incorporate department-specific onboarding process.
  • Administer work pass application process for Singapore site and ensure timely application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
  • Keep up to date on latest sourcing techniques on LINKEDIN, MyCareersfuture, or any other company appointed system to ensure effective sourcing efforts.
  • Pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching out to passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them.
  • Present regular reports on key recruitment performance indicators to senior leadership.



C. Job Profile

  • Degree with minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Demonstrate experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (eg. Linkedin)
  • Strong knowledge of MOM rules and regulations including work pass application process.
  • Strong customer focus & growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
