- Perform routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting of production equipment
- Perform and maintain documentation of operations according to cGMP guidelines
- Perform all activities in accordance to cGMP
- Ensure compliance to EHS rules/Safety / Quality policies
- Supervise contractor on upgrading & installation works
- Follow work order system and LOTO/MAXIMO system.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out with high standard of safety and quality mindset.
- Minimize the downtime of the system
- Responsible for trouble shooting and repairing equipment
- Primary contact for all engineering task when on shift duty
- Drive Continuous Improvement and perform 5S at workplace
The Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Able to commit to rotating 12 hours shift.
