- Attend and provide Field and In-house advice and services to customer’s
requirements. - Assist in implementation of product design to commissioning process.
- Review and implement Quality control plan, supervise the completion of TQC and standards. Maintenance of in-house workshop.
- Liaison with customer representatives and ensure on resolving customer demands.
- Participate to form project team with sales, engineering and related dept.
- Involve in the set-up of service centre
- Analyse all Non-conformity report and interact with customers.
- Provide timely advice, proposal and solutions for final repair plan.
- Comply with all OH&S policies and service escalation procedures.
- Check for Warranty of Gearboxes upon receipt of NCR.
- Maintain personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures.
- Record details of all Field Inspection and corrective action taken.
- Provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to customer and completion of service report.
- Over 50% travelling to sites and customer’s plant within AP region (Frequent travelling area: Asia Pacific, including Japan, Korea, & Australia but excluding China).
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Promote and support sales of NGC product and services.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
- Implement & rectify the department current & future process flow
Diploma and above, mechanical or electrical or relevant major are preferred;
Strong communication and coordination skills, quick thinking
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Language ability: English is required, Chinese is a plus
