Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in government and public sector projects. They are looking for an Architectural Coordinator to oversee polyclinic project.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate of all architectural implementation at site and monitor for any possible clashes with structural or architectural works
- Liaise with architect, design consultant on design intent and technical issues
- Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings
- Identify drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Min 5-7 years of building project experience including hospital / polyclinic / community center
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
