- Develop reliability programs to improve the resiliency and availability of all global manufacturing assets.
- Identify opportunities for improving global asset management practices, ensuring consistency in processes and practices, and alignment with site strategies and priorities.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with continued global manufacturing asset reliability.
- Lead initiatives across multiple functions leading to organizational improvement, cultural change, and overall process improvements related to asset management and systems reliability.
- Act as the subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis to assist in root cause analysis, change management review, and corrective action plan development and execution.
