Job Duties
- Develop a marketing strategy analyzing mobility industrial trends in the world.
- Develop regional management goals and objectives towards the growth of products in line with corporate direction.
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies toward achieving profit objectives, including efficient cost management.
- To build an ASEAN regional management network between existing local companies in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.
- Establishment of new local subsidiaries in ASEAN countries, especially in Indonesia and Vietnam by M&A and/or new investment.
- To develop new business in the mobility field, especially in automobile parts and parts supply to the machinery vehicles industry.
- Monitor and manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly regional performance
- Corporative inter-company management control.
- To organize regional sister companies to build regional common personnel regulation
- Support and assist in ad hoc business project
Requirements :
- A Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 10-15 years of experience
- At least 5 years in a management position in any business field
- Min 8 years of relevant experience in marketing in the automotive industry.
- Good analytical skills and a proven ability in new business development
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to build, lead, and motivate a dynamic team
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English languages will be advantageous as you are required to communicate, read, and understand as well as respond and present in these two languages to management in Asia & Oceania and Japan (Head office)
