Customer Success Manager
X0PA AI is an Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up that aims to digitally transform the hiring process. We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Brief overview of the role:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of X0PA AI’s platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness. You will also manage the alignment of customers’ long-term goals with X0PA AI’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire customer lifecycle (from deployment to product adoption)
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Closely manage and nurture accounts
• Propose development strategies for customers’ expanded usage of solutions
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
• Minimize customer churn
• Conduct on-boarding and product demonstrations for new and existing customers
• Analyze customer account trends and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are addressed
• Monthly reports to highlight customer successes and proposed recommendations

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer success role within a SAAS organization
• Proven track record in servicing strategic and complex organizations
• Strong project management experience, PMP certification a plus
• Demonstrate account portfolio planning competency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills to liaise with key stakeholders, including VP/ C-level executives
• Strong business acumen of the software industry
• Passionate to work for a fast-paced start-up
• Knowledge of a recruitment lifecycle will be an added advantage
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Self-driven and are proactive in nature
