We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing all marketing activities for our Singapore market. You will play a key role in growing our brand further in Singapore, where we have ambitious plans to be the #1 and the most loved womenswear brand in the country. 

You should have / be

  • A love for our brand and what we stand for
  • Strong commercial and customer instinct
  • Creative and resourceful with an ability to think outside the box
  • Performance-driven with a good understanding of numbers; you know how to draw meaning from data
  • Bias for action; you draw meaning from data and work on optimising performance
  • Extreme ownership with a founder mentality 
  • Experience in marketing with a healthy understanding of both brand and performance marketing and online and offline channels 
  • A clear and persuasive communicator with good stakeholder management 
  • Mature mindset and strong leadership skills
  • A positive get-it-done attitude and a believer of our six corporate values

Main responsibilities

  • Develop marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive towards our required business outcomes that can range from brand awareness, customer acquisition to engagement 
  • Plan and execute marketing activations and events in Singapore
  • Review and analyze performance to share insights and come up with concrete and effective improvements 
  • Lead and develop a lean and mean Singapore team
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams to optimize performance across marketing channels
  • Jointly ideate on retail marketing, events and community engagement together with HQ Marketing teams and create manuals / best practices for other markets to replicate
  • Collaborate closely with Singapore team especially Retail Store teams
  • Partner and support Singapore Country Director to grow the Singapore business
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends and culture and topical news in Singapore 

KPIs

  • Total Singapore P&L
  • Total Singapore customer growth - customer acquisition and existing customers growth
  • Total Singapore NPS scores 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or business development with a consumer business
  • Solid experience in the various facets of marketing 
  • Familiar with marketing tools and e-commerce platforms
  • Past experience managing projects of scale
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
