In this role, you will lead and manage a team of engineers and specialists to deliver cutting-edge decarbonization projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of carbon capture, utilization, and storage systems, as well as other technologies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, you will collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and industry partners, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and specialists
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of carbon capture, utilization, and storage systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute decarbonization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards in all project activities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and techno-economic analyses to evaluate the viability of decarbonization projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging decarbonization technologies and trends in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of chemical engineering
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects in the energy or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of decarbonization technologies, such as carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
