Be part of the Maritime & Energy - Marketing team to oversee campaigns aligned with marketing strategy from event conceptualization to execution:
- Develop and monitor development of marketing assets
- Manage and develop event website, social media platforms and online channels
- Manage working relationship with creative agencies and vendors
- Preparation of publicity contracts & materials to engage trade media partners and local media
- Manage event registration system and on-site registration i.e. Facilitate online & on-site registration, send email confirmations and attending to enquiries
- Data Management including data mining to improve customer segmentation and targeting
- Management of photographers and videographers for event coverage
- Use of online / enterprise systems for marketing purposes and database management
- Measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights
- Track, evaluate and report results for marketing campaigns
- Supporting the marketing team in administrative tasks
