HSE
- Practice and implementation of company's QHSE policy.
- Motivate and develop HSE Culture across the Company.
- Ensure ISO14001 and ISO 45001 certification implementation and compliance.
- Assist to identify HSE objectives and targets and prepare / review management procedures and plans annually.
- Provide support, advice, and training to facilitate the implementation of QHSE management system requirements.
- Assist the implementation of safety campaigns within BGS.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management activities within BGS operation terminals and site projects, particularly for any significant changes or major decisions, and provide advice and support.
- Identifies required training and provides induction to all new employees relating to safety and environmental matters, and relevant refresher courses.
- Review contractor HSE systems, work method statements and risk assessments produced, in line with standards, legal and client requirements.
- Lead investigation for accident/ incident, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to identify the root causes and propose corrective actions and install preventive actions.
- Assist to auditing programs and review audit findings; Verify implementation of corrective action and improvement.
- Conduct regular WSH meetings for projects, and operation and maintenance with all stakeholders.
- Attend site coordination, meetings, inspections, and other related activities as required.
