Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to manage and optimize the revenue operations process.
You will be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
This role reports to the Head of Commercial.
Responsibilities:
Process Ownership
- Manage and optimise the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage the process of optimising product pricing.
- Own the New Business sales quotation, Existing Business up-sell and cross-sell and Renewals process.
Teamwork
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.
Analytics
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements.
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.
Market Knowledge
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Stay informed of up to date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
- Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth.
Networking
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a start-up environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Demonstrated experience in using or implementing sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Strong Understanding of sales processes and the company’s target audience and goals
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
