Responsibilities
- Lead , Providing mentorship and support to stakeholders and employees.
- Enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Manage work pass applications and compliance.

- Support Asia office payroll.
- Coordinate employee benefits and policies.
- Collaborate on global initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for Asia offices.
- Manage training program budgets.
Administration
- Managing of Biometric applications and leave systems.
- Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Assist with administrative tasks for Managing Directors.
- Lead staff development projects.
- Handle claims and insurance renewals.
- Oversee office operations and CSR initiatives.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of HR leadership experience
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR or relevant
- Strong Knowledge of Employment Laws and payroll.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and independent.
