Job Responsibilities
· Build up and lead a local service and support team of SQD SG for providing after-sales support services for projects
· Manage logistics, demand planning and equipment procurement for after-sales support services
· Check and monitor all repair and maintenance works of robots are carried in good quality and compiled with standards and specifications required by authorities and clients
· Prepare defect lists of robotic repair and maintenance works and ensure the defect rectification is appropriately carried out by the service and support team
· Work closely with SQD HK Technical Team to provide efficiency, quality and timeliness of delivery
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in technical and engineering-related disciplines
· Minimum ten years of relevant experience in the construction or technical industry, in which 3-5 years are gained at supervisory level
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication skills
· Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring a team
· Organisational and multi-tasking ability when working in a fast-paced environment
