1. Role Description

This position reports to the Director of REZOLVA PTE LTD is a leading IT solutions Singapore provider which with the mission, “Make the best IT support, security, and solutions available, affordable, and applicable to businesses of all sizes”.


Our business can be classified into two major business segments: supply delivery and systems integration services. We believe that by synergising these two major business segments, we can provide efficient and cost-effective solutions tailored to meet specific business operations and training needs.


2. Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Develop Business Opportunities

2. Identify New Sales Opportunities

3. Implement Sales Strategy

4. Onboard New Customers

5. Convert Sales Opportunities to Client Accounts

6. Establish Channel Sales Partnerships & Manage relationship with Clients and Channel Partners


3. Competencies

1. Engage in industry and networking events, as well as through calls, on-site visits, and emails, in order to discover potential clients and channel partners

2. Capability to recognize fresh sales opportunities within the current client base

3. Ability to establish targets and objectives for channel sales

4. Capability to oversee the client onboarding process and offer suggestions for its enhancement

5. ability to strategize various approaches for sales opportunities & proficient in creating sales proposals, quotes, and bid documents

6. Capability to oversee partnership agreements, as well as manage order and contracting documentation & capable of formulating engagement plans and activities to cultivate and reinforce relationships with clients.
