We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving the implementation of Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the overall success of the development projects - Salesforce Development
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Technical Architecture Define and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture solutions.
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development. - Project Management Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Quality Assurance
Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions.Perform testing and debugging of applications to resolve issues and optimize performance. - DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.
- Stakeholder CommunicationEffectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development teams.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Solid experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer II and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.
