Job Descriptions:
· Oversee the financial aspects of government projects
· Manage on a timely basis all project grants, costs allocations, fund trackings, utilisations, drawdowns, claim submission, etc
· Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements for Projects
· Provide timely financial reports to Project Directors and Management
· Coordinate and liaise with Project Department on project related matters
· Review MOU & LOO
· Support forecasting and budgeting exercise.
· Work with external parties like internal auditors, external auditors, and government agencies for project audits
· Support and ensure compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, audit and procedures and MOU and LOO.
· Assist in any new processes, system enhancement and implementation
· Other ad hoc duties, projects, and reporting as required
Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA, or its equivalent
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience
· Good working knowledge of SFRS/IFRS
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications
· Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage
· Able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
· A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
