JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
- To reply and response to reviews/feedbacks/ comments across all platforms (E.g. Telephone, email inbox, Social Media and face to face with customer)
- Coaching of soft skill to the team related to customer service
- Front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guest, handling of incoming and outgoing calls, booking of appointments, attend to customer’s inquiry.
- Any Ad-hoc task assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work on retail hours
- Must have Leadership ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal, efficiency & organisational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities and willingness to go for the extra mile
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
- Basic knowledge on digital marketing will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience as cabin crew will be an added advantage
