-Responsible for the overall projectmanagement, planning, design andexecution.
-Administer all site works, including costing,contract administration, management ofdelivery and progress of project to ensurequality of work and safety regulations arecomplied with.
-Coordinate with contractors and othertrades to ensure workmanship, timelines,technical and safety aspect are met inaccordance to statutory and clientrequirements
-Preparation of tender/quotation/drawingsdocument
-Check and analyses drawing, authorityrequirements
