We are looking for a Youth Development Enthusiast who is passionate in youth development and training and can support in all new business ventures and endeavors locally.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Training delivery of training programmes
- Talent Development for Training Associates
- Ensure training administration and training operation matters
- Development of curriculum for training programmes wherever necessary
- Social Media engagement
Requirements
o Energetic, friendly, able to relate to youths and passionate about youth development
o A willingness to learn and try new things
o Ability to manage a class, teach and facilitate learning
o Possess relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape is a bonus (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
o Candidate to possess good interpersonal abilities and teamwork abilities
o Prior experience with youth preferred
