As the Community Lead / Manager for Triple P Group and The Working Capitol with a focus on Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role by being the face of The Working Capitol to existing members and the wider neighbourhood community. You will lead all efforts that relate to community building, including but not limited to front desk operations and administration, community relationship management and events, and partnerships.


Your main job responsibilities will include:


Community

  • Create an atmosphere where members enjoy the experience at TWC.
  • Build, support and promote a strong community that fosters members collaboration.
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications.
  • Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations.
  • Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members, identify synergies between companies and facilitate the introductions.
  • Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize member experience.
  • Manage the inventory of site supplies, including stationery and member tools.
  • Carry out the member onboarding and move out process, setup accounts for new members, onboard them onto our systems, provide welcome packets.
  • Any other task that requires work with the members and for the members.
  • Be the face of The Working Capitol, working from the front desk to be reachable and interact with the members.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reporting to management on member community related matters.

Operations

  • Liaise with the Facilities and Operations team regarding members’ complaints, follow up until they are resolved, communicate with the members all along.
  • Recommend ways to enhance operational matters to increase revenue and reduce operating expenses.
  • Ensure the relevant SOPs are maintained and updated regularly to enable consistent and outstanding service delivery and maximize staff productivity.
  • In charge of front-of-house operations and services, ensuring our brand is represented to the highest standard.
  • Collects and track all service tickets from members or tenants and maintain a high service standard in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Lead all taking and handing over of premises with our tenants.
  • Other tasks that might be required related to community and operation (e.g. occupancy management)

Partnerships

  • Identify and forge partnerships that will benefit our community members in terms of perks and add value to TWC.
  • Encourage members to take advantage of the partnerships and the perks.

The ideal candidate for this role:

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality management in either hospitality or retail industry. He/she will need to:

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with out-of-the-box thinking to create solutions.
  • Good communications skill and able to work with a small team.
  • Experience in handling community events
