HR and Project Admin Executive

We are a renovation contractor company specialising in commercial, retail and office renovation projects.


Responsibilities


HR

  • Work Pass applications including application, cancellation, renewal, preparation of contract, etc
  • Applying / renewing BCA Coretrade and Construction Safety courses for workers
  • Recording of medical claims and leave taken for staff

Project Administration

  • Preparation of documents in simple English and Chinese such as Quotations, Invoices, Receipts
  • Read and reply emails / mobile messages courteously and professionally
  • Maintain office records and documentations
  • Support Project team e.g. filing in forms, purchase insurance for site works, submit documents required by authorities or building management, application for permits, etc
  • Any other adhoc admin duties.

Requirements

  • 5.5 days work week
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Renovation Contractor industry
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
