- Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
- Able to lead a team of foreign workers
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good house keeping
- Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities at project site
- Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work
- Handle project documentations, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works
- Supervise site progress which includes attending site meetings and discussions
- Undertake any ad-hoc project assignments as and when assigned
