JOB DESCRIPTION

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As mGTM Program Manager, you are responsible for leading programs to successfully land global tools, metric and best practices in the region and work with country and regional PMMs to identify areas for region-first innovations. This is a new role intended to make the Ads marketing process less burdensome for Sales and Marketing, and requires deep partnership with GBO sellers with the customer relationships and Marketing PMMs that develop the activation experience. You will be expected to accomplish this work in a dynamic, fast changing business environment with multiple, complex problems.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and promote program vision and objectives; present program vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
  • Establish and track programs progress in collaboration with stakeholders, identify cross-team sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with policies, identify and implement process improvements, and support the adoption of processes.
  • Collect feedback across APAC Ads Marketing & GBO, ensure documentation is up to date, facilitate discussions with cross-team stakeholders to new plans, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups in order to share and solicit information depending on the need, with minimal guidance.
  • Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven strategic recommendations that represent projects/programs from relevant business, product, and technical perspectives to stakeholders at variety of levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; the ability to present and explain strategy to a broad audience, and to contribute effectively during all phases of development
  • Deep domain expertise in Ads Marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong storytelling. Ability to influence and inspire an audience by crafting stories using data that elicit empathy or create buy-in
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach and ability to prioritize and advance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to Excellence in delivering insights from multiple data sources through executive communications and presentations.
  • Strong attention to and passion for details with Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills
